To ensure your order is ready at the time you prefer, we recommend placing it the day before. You can do so by leaving us a voicemail or ordering online well before our opening at 5:00 p.m. ☎️👨‍💻

Please note that same-day orders do not guarantee the exact time requested. We will do our best to accommodate you and sincerely appreciate your patience.⏰️

At times, we may need to close phone orders and online orders as soon as we open at 5:00 p.m., once our production limit for the evening has been reached. This means we have already received many advance orders, and some customers are scheduled to pick up until closing at 8:30 p.m. In such cases, we cannot accept additional orders. 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♀️ (It’s essentially a virtual waiting line until the restaurant closes.)

On Sundays, we close the counter at 8:30 p.m. or earlier if we run out of fresh fish. We recommend calling ahead to avoid unnecessary trips.
Some of our regular customers even place their orders up to one week in advance. 🙌

For walk-in customers, we sincerely apologize if we cannot always serve you within a reasonable time, and we are very grateful to those who choose to wait. 🥲

 Please don't expect to much to avoid disappointment! We remind everyone that we are not a fine dining restaurant, but rather a small takeout sushi counter, with no dine-in service. Our menu is simple and similar to many other sushi counters in the neighborhood. Our only distinction lies in our focus on product quality.

Preparation times may vary from 20 minutes to 3 hours, depending on how busy we are. Every order is prepared fresh, artisanally, with love… by a single chef! 🩷
