To ensure your order arrives at the desired time, we recommend ordering the day before. You can leave us a phone message or order online well before our 5 p.m. opening time. ☎️👨‍💻 Orders placed on the same day do not guarantee the exact time you request. We strive to accommodate you as much as possible and hope for your patience.⏰️

We sometimes close the phone line and online orders as soon as we open at 5 p.m. as our evening production limit is reached. This means we've received a lot of orders in advance, and customers are already waiting until closing time at 8:30 p.m. to take their orders, and we can't take any more orders. 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♀️ (The equivalent of a virtual queue until the restaurant closes).

On Sundays, we close the counter at 8:30 p.m. or earlier when we run out of fresh fish.

For walk-in customers, we are truly sorry we can't accommodate everyone in a reasonable timeframe and thank all those who are willing to wait. 🥲

Don't have any expectations so as not to be disappointed! We remind everyone that we are not a high-end restaurant, but a small takeout sushi counter without a table. Our menu is simple, similar to many sushi restaurants in the area. Our unique feature is simply our focus on quality products.

Sometimes orders can be completed in 30 minutes or 2 hours, depending on the number of customers, but all orders are lovingly handcrafted by a single chef! 🩷
