 To ensure your order is ready at your desired time, we recommend placing it the day before.
You may leave us a voicemail or place your order online well before we open at 5:00 p.m. ☎️👨‍💻

If online ordering is not available, we invite you to call us to find out the current wait time.

Any order placed on the same day cannot guarantee the exact time requested. We will do our best to accommodate you, and we thank you for your patience. ⏰️

There are times when we must close the phone line as well as online orders even before our 5:00 p.m. opening, when the evening’s production limit has been reached. This means we have already received many orders in advance and that some customers are waiting until our 8:30 p.m. closing time to pick up their meals. In such cases, we cannot accept any additional orders. 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♀️
(It’s essentially the equivalent of a virtual queue until the restaurant closes.)

On Sundays, we close the counter at 8:30 p.m., or earlier if we run out of fresh fish. We therefore recommend calling before coming to avoid any inconvenience.
Some of our regular customers even place their orders up to a week in advance. 🙌

For walk-in customers, we sincerely apologize for not always being able to serve you within a reasonable time, and we warmly thank those who choose to wait. 🥲

Please keep your expectations realistic so you won’t be disappointed! We’d like to remind you that we are not a fine-dining restaurant, but a small take-out sushi counter with no dining room. Our menu is simple and similar to that of many counters in the neighborhood. Our only distinction lies in the quality of our ingredients.

Preparation time can range from 20 minutes to 3 hours, depending on how busy we are. All orders are crafted by hand, one at a time, with love… by a single chef! 🩷
